Welcome

The Habib Khan Welfare Trust (HKWT) was established in 2000 as a registered and independent family run charitable organization. HKWT’s was a founded by philanthropist and businessman, Capt. Khalil U. Khan to serve the fellow citizens and children of Pakistan. The board of trustees include family members who are advised by independent (non-family) advisors.

For the first 10 years of its inception, the trust was supported and managed through family funds, Zakat and donations. As the HKWT grew, the board of trustees began to reach out and accept funding from friends and public at large. The primary activity of HKWT is to provide education for underprivileged children by means of relevant board approved syllabus. In addition, to formal academic studies, HKWT aspires to provide vocational training and skills development among youth and adults of all genders.

Trust is continuously seeking financial, non-financial and advisory support from well wishers who share our vision and purpose to foster education and to take care of our youth.
